Applied Online, There was a 30 min phone call from the Hiring manager. He asked about some basic questions in control system, physics puzzle, embedded systems. I went well. but after that I didn't hear for a month. After following up, I moved on. They scheduled me on the week after. I flew to boston to attend the 45mins interview. Yes, freaking 1 hour onsite interview. why do they even call me, if they don't want to interview me. It is a waste of time on both sides. Out of 4 interviewers in the panel only Hiring Manger asked me questions related to my resume. I did decent. I don't know why I wasted a whole day to flying in and out to attend such disorganized interviews. Please respect candidates time, if you want to interview for 45 mins you could have done that via Skype. why wasting everyone's time.
