Interviewing with Deciem was a nightmare. The 2nd interview was rescheduled last minute. That's not a big deal, things happen. I didn't hear back from them within 5 days as promised. I just assumed I didn't get the role. MORE THAN A MONTH LATER, I get invited for a 3rd interview. That's just weird, my guess is they offered the role to someone else, and maybe that person didn't take the offer, so they called me back. 3rd interview was scheduled...and then rescheduled at the very last minute just like the 2nd interview. At this point I'm like whatever, I don't wanna work here but I need a job, and if they hire me I'll keep looking for something else and leave at the first opportunity. On the day of the 3rd interview, no one showed up. I emailed and got no response. I emailed again. I got an email 45 mins after the scheduled interview asking if I was able to do the interview...what?! Makes no sense. I ask if they want to reschedule. They say yes. Then they never got back to me. This is not a one off for these guys, they've done this to other people as you can read on Glassdoor. Huge waste of time especially in this economy. Extremely unprofessional. A lot of us are doing other interviews, I could've done an interview with another company at the original time slot, and at the rescheduled time slot. Very disorganized, just looks like chaos. Sad, I loved the company for their products and was ecstatic at the opportunity to work there. Really terrible.
