I went through 3 rounds of interviews, first a 30 minute interview with their internal recruiter, an hour long technical interview, and then an additional hour long technical interview. After 3 rounds of interviews I was completely ghosted, even after following up with the recruiter a week later. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.
