I was approached by a recruiter about the position and we had a lovely chat over the phone. Then had two rounds of interviews. In the first round I presented selected works from my pprtfolio and chatted through my current and previous roles, approach to design and the role on offer. I was then invited to complete a design task and to present it at a 2nd interview a couple of weeks later. A week later I had a response from the recuiter. The process overall was very pleasent and professional. The communication and vibe were good throughout.
