My interview was a Microsoft Teams video call with the hiring manager and engineering lead. I wore a sports coat and business causal attire for the interview. The interview panel asked very open ended questions to gain better understanding of my skills, knowledge and experience. I had a very positive experience and I thought the individuals involved were very polite and professional. This was a very good interview process.
