The recruiter contacted me almost daily to arrange an interview with this brand, after the first interview via phone long almost two hours. Two days later I got the email with the invitation 12 miles far from my location, however when you need a job you go over your own possibilities. The recruiter was there, Regional Manager, Area Manager also present. Pretty intimidating, however after other two hours of questions and presentations the interview was over. I asked what were the next steps in terms of hiring process, the AM guaranteed that, regardless the outcome I would have a feedback in the next couple of days. Three weeks has passed, two follow up emails, two texts messages to the recruiter and no feedback until today.
