There are 2 rounds of interview and each took about 30 minutes. First interview was with someone in the team and next was the hiring manager. Main focus is on how this person can work independently with minimal supervision, ability to manage stakeholders and volume.

based on my personal interview, i felt it is very open and clear during the whole interview process of what to and can expect from the company. and also the expectation of the team and what i could be tasked to do as well.
