Three rounds, two are regular interviews and one excel test that you basically get more than a fair amount of time to do. The interviews were asking more about personality related questions. Excel was trying to replicate a sheet.

As the other reviewers mentioned, the process starts with a test that includes grammar, math, MS Excel, MS Word and typing. They asked for 2 references and a photo ID. They did let me know over the phone about the entire process as well as the length of the assessment (around 2 hours). After 1 week I was called for a telephone interview and 2 days after for an in-person interview. After maybe 1 week or less the interviewer called me to let me know I didn't get the position but that they will keep my file for future openings.
