- Short, Sweet, and to the point - Interviewer was the Owner of the company - I was offered the job during the interview The interview itself was very pleasant. I was comfortable from the beginning. The problem is that the Owner had no real direction or scope of work in mind. He just needed someone that could design in SolidWorks. I did not fit in to this position because I prefer to have more information than he was comfortable sharing.
