I saw the ad on Zip Recruiter, I looked the company up on LinkedIn, saw one of my former co-workers was employed there and emailed that person my resume and cover letter to pass on. I had a couple of phone conversations with the hiring manager and a scheduled Skype video interview and was offered the position.
