They are a smaller company (though have other worldwide locations) in business to provide development services and implement sustainable programs around the world. With that focus, you get the idea that the staff is truly working there because they are personally committed to helping people ... and that really reflects in the interview process. So, there's no "You're an unworthy person/job candidate until you prove otherwise" attitude when you sit down with them. If you have the same passion as they do--and of course the right education & experience--you'll have more than a fair shot at getting on there.
three interviews with screening, technical questions, a word and excel text, and asking for examples on how to handle conflict. It was rather detailed and all virtual. For example I was asked how do you handle conflict, and how would you resolve it

I was brought back in for a second interview about a week after the first interview. Their recruiter was very communicative and kept me up to date through every step of the process,
