Got an email from the HR to set up the first screening phone interview.
In the phone interview, did not get the chance to talk much but just the basic work experience and stuff on my resume, HR said will arrange an interview soon
Then a week later, got an email said they decided to move forward.
I felt like I did not get the chance to present myself, if you are not satisfied with my resume then just tell me in the first place, no need to reach out and then tell me that. totally waste of time
Short and sweet. It's was a fastest interview I had. People were very welcoming. All the questions asked were reasonable for a role. Questions ranged from my professional background to interpersonal skills.
