Entretien
In-person interview located at their Dallas office. Pretty straightforward questions regarding work history and why you'd be a good fit on their team. They did a great job clarifying that it's a difficult job, and did their best to outline what made it so difficult and ensured that I was up for the task. They also took some time to review the personality test I had taken before the interview, and how each score could affect how I do my job.

After submitting your application with your resume you get a initial call from the Talent Manager in a timely manner! After this phone call a in person interview may be offered! The in person interview was held within 48 hours of the phone call I had with the Talent Manager. The process was quick, easy, and as stress free as a interview could possibly be!

Question 1
The question that stood out to me was what style of management and environment I was looking for in a work place! Also the fact they took time to offer tests that analyze your personality and go over them in depth! This stood out to me because it showed they cared and were willing to put in the time to me not even knowing if I were going to be offered the job much less accept the offer.

Entretien
I was contacted and called for an interview. There was a brief quiz that I took and after my first interview, I had a follow up interview and less than a week later was offered a position !
