A recruiter made contact & conducted a phone interview with a ZOOM interview as the next step in the process. We reviewed a general background, current employment and my career goals moving forward.

The interview was very relaxed, no pressure, just going over the details of the position. Easy interview for someone that has the knowledge to do the job. Interviewed with 3 current employees, Construction Project manager, Superintendent supervisor, and another superintendent.

-Online questionnaire and skills test. Had phone interview about a week later. Invited for an in person interview. Interview was with 3 members of management. They offered a job at the in person interview.
