I was introduced to D.R. Horton at a career fair on my college campus. I did not actually interview with them, however I did spend about 30 minutes talking with them exclusively. They were well represented, very informative, and answered all of my questions. They seemed interested and directed me to fill out their application online and to attach a copy of my resume.

Label a picture of a house, answer some written questions about construction, and then a Panel interview with 5 people, not a hard interview but the pay was crazy low
