i applied for workday position. First they conducted Telephonic interview with financial director. He was really cool and asked more questions on my resume. Later i got a feedback to attend for onsite interview. I have given onsite interview in Dallas. Interview went really well, and their business partner Mercer people took technical interview for me. I have answered well on Workday integration's side but couldn't answer properly on functional side. I had a lot of hopes but they have sent rejection. By yhe way, their HR person Michelle is really cool.
