Very disorganized. I was contacted by their recruiter initially and had a phone interview. He then scheduled an on-site interview. I interviewed on-site which was pretty standard. I then received another email from the recruiter stating that my resume stood out and that they would like to schedule an on-site interview. I had to inform them that I had already interviewed. Very unimpressed and unprofessional. I never heard back from them again.
