It was a great experience - I had a phone interview and then was asked to come into the office. I met with the Director of Customer Experience and then met the COO.

Where did I see myself in 5 years? Explain a difficult obstacle I had to resolve at work. How do you define good customer service?

Entretien
The interview process was easy and straight forward. I had three rounds of interviews. All of the team members I interviewed with were energetic and very kind. The final was in person at the HQ in San Diego.

They asked me about previous experience and an example of a time I had to deal with a difficult situation in my role and how I overcame that hurdle.
They were attempting to make it conversational but the lack of questions made it awkward. There was no discussion around my skill set or previous experience it was mainly about the companies products. I understand it was a customer service role so knowledge of the products is important however the flow of the interview was very clunky overall.
