The total time took around 4 weeks. Others seem to have been longer or shorter, depending on availability or Cyera availability. Nothing was overly challenging. The tech panel can be a bit tricky and high pressure, but it was just psyching myself out.
The team was super nice and accommodating all the way through. I did not have any negative experiences with this team.

They asked about my customer success background and information about both my technical and business understandings
The process took 2-3 weeks and ended in such a weird way. I had 4 total interviews. I thought it was strange there was no recruiter call to begin with to align on salary expectations, etc. First call was 30 mins with a hiring manager and that was very chill and he didn’t ask too many questions. The second call was with 2 Sr CSEs who do a tech assessment and it was a bit hard. I didn’t felt like I did well so was surprised to see I moved on from that too the Mock Kickoff presentation. That interview was with another manager who thought it was my first interview and didn’t expect me to present a kickoff deck so that was strange. And after a week and following up since I had a vacation coming up..I got an invite to have a call with the HR team lead. That was such a weird call. She ended with saying I can expect an offer by end of the week and then I just got a standard rejection email on Friday. It was so weird and probably a blessing in disguise.

Recruiter reached out in a couple days after online application and set me up with the hiring manager.
The HM was nice, friendly and the interview was behavioral in nature.
2nd interview was technical with two engineers in the role. Not too difficult which touched on databases, regex, core AWS concepts and web applications.
3rd interview was with CS director which was also behavioral.
4th interview with the head of customer success which was behavioral.
After all the rounds they said they filled the position. Disappointed but its okay.
Good experience with smart people.

AWS core concepts - for eg what is the AWS hierarchy, db principles, SAML concept, how to scale an application, regex concepts - what have you used regex before.
