I had an interview with Cyberbacker, and the experience was disappointing. While answering one of the questions, the interviewer smirked, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. No applicant should feel mocked or belittled during an interview. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the company’s hiring culture and respect for candidates.

The interview started as scheduled. No delays whatsoever. I entered the Zoom meeting 30 minutes before the scheduled time which is 7pm. Surprisingly, I was accepted early on. A receptionist ushered us in and confirmed our identity asked us questions about the headset we are using. After that, she sent us to our assigned breakout rooms for a one-on-one interview. The lady who interviewed me was kind and considerate.
