Completely unprofessional. Applied and was asked to schedule an interview. The interviewer never showed up for the Zoom interview. I emailed them assuming something urgent may have come up and that they needed to reschedule, but got no response. A week later a get an email from them saying they “enjoyed speaking with me” but are moving to the next round with other candidates. Don’t waste people’s time and make them take time off work if you’re not even going to show the smallest amount of respect towards them.

Organized interview process. You get a first get to know me interview, a second one with a technical assessment, and a third one with the hiring manager. They communicate withh you throughout the entire process.
