Friendly and made you feel welcome. Asked good questions and was engaging me to make me feel comfortable. The questions were relatively easy to answer but allowed me to elaborate on my answers

First interview is a telephone vetting. Basically general questions like what does customer service look like, mean etc. 2nd interview via Microsoft Teams. I wasn't really asked much, I did all the probing and questioning. Initially I felt it went well, I even followed up a week later but I was totally ghosted. It's a shame as I really felt confident. I seeked them directly, but good luck to them. Someone else will utilise me.
