The process was a normal recruitment process with tests, interviews and workshops. I do think the test of basic math and cognitive questions are useless for these positions. The environment was very friendly-

Usual, experience, challenges, successes, and why is consulting important. But they interviewd several people with varius backgrounds and level of consultancy and they have not share what position and level you are interview, therefore it is a struggle to navigate your approach
