The interview process was easy enough and done in a casual setting. A second interview was given and soon after I received an offer letter along with details of pay schedule, agreement letter etc. It was all very straightforward. I am neutral about the process because in hind sight I should have asked more questions which would have helped transitioning into the job.

I had a phone interview with HR, then a face to face with the sales manager. Then met with the CEO, other sales managers and then met with other Account executives that I would be working with.
