I applied in October before the busy festive season. The first step was to complete situational test. A couple days later I received a phone call from the manager. He asked some general questions about my availability and areas that interest me. On the phone he tried to promote the company by talking about endless career opportunities and training that will be given. Then he asked me to come for the interview the following day. My interview was more than half an hour late, however I was introduced to one of the colleagues who had to explain the basics about the role. When I was having an actual interview with the manager, it felt that he was mainly concerned about my availability. He asked some basic questions relevant to sales and a role but nothing too complicated. I was offered the job at the end of my interview.
