Entretien
-I was taken through the contact centre in which was very busy and loud enough that you couldn't hear yourself think.
-My interviewer gave no introduction and went straight onto a competency test in which compiled of about 8 questions.
-The interview seemed very rushed which made me feel quite uncomfortable.
-Some of the questions were very similar.
-I wasn't given any introduction about the role I applied for.
-They were very critical and stern bearing in mind it's just a call centre which doesn't require much skill.
-The managers seemed quite careless.
-Not the kind of environment I would like to work in.
