I interviewed for the graduate commercial rotation.
I had several interviews over two days, with HR, and various managers. It was good to meet the people who would be my direct managers, as well as the overall sales director, as this helped me decide whether I would get on with the team, and helped me feel more settled when I began work.
The interviews were all one-to-one, and lasted around 3 hours in total. This definitely made it feel more relaxed and less daunting. The only con of this format was that, when I began work, not everyone who had interviewed me had asked me all of the same questions, and there seemed to be a slight lack of communication between interviewers of, for example, dates that I would be unable to work.
