standard questions & answers, talking to customers & colleges, selling an item to another member of staff. The first part was the normal Q&A, in the office, the manager was really good at calming my nerves & making me comfortable. The next part I walked around the shop floor with the manager & spoke to customers & colleges, asking questions like 'What brought you into the store today?' & 'why do you choose PCworld/currys over anyone else?'. the last part of the interview I didn't actually do as I wasn't applying for a sales assistant roll so the manager didn't feel I needed to do it. I got offered the job on the spot & accepted.
