Recruited by CEO on LinkedIN. Phone screen follow up by HR. Invited to Billerica office to interview with several people, which took 5 hours + commuting. After my thank yous and follow up, I only heard from one of the folks I spoke with, and never heard back from HR at all. I know other people who have had the same experience--spending time interviewing, preparing projects, with no response or follow up by Curriculum Associates. Some of these folks have shared that CA admitted that sometimes they just "invite people in to check out who's out there..." which to me is misleading and a little nefarious. My suggestion to anyone who is considering an opportunity here to qualify the timeframe and how serious they are about hiring for the position if possible--otherwise, for me, it was a complete waste of a vacation day in terms of commute, prep, and actual interview time.
