If you read this: RUN! This was the worst process ever. They added the job, removed the listing, added it back then changed it AFTER I started interviewing. After 9 1/2 weeks, 5 interviews and an evaluation task, I was not offered a position. Why waste my time? This position is less than $100,000, so it’s not worth the headache. An answer could have been given earlier. Oh, wait: They used me for FREE ideas and strategies. They were waiting on their magical unicorn/perfect worker to appear and keeping me as an option all while destroying my mental health. They have a platform during May to support mental health, but it’s just for show. They lead me on with false promises week after week and wasted my time. I could set my watch by the weekly “we don’t have an update yet” emails from the recruiter. During the interview process, one lady was in a coffee shop and couldn’t focus on anything I said. She started randomly singing while I was talking. It was so awkward. After the last interview, it took 5 weeks before they decided not to give an offer. I had already accepted another offer, so I wasn’t worried, but the audacity of this company.
