CA is an amazing company that hires people, not positions. This is evident throughout their interview process. The process is long and can take 4-6 weeks from start to finish, but it is worth it. I applied online and was contacted by their recruitment team to set up an initial phone interview with the hiring manager. Next, I had a virtual interview with another member of the team. Lastly, I had three additional interviews with other members of the team, which were VPs and senior level leaders. Each interview lasted approximately 30 minutes and served as an opportunity to share my experience and ask questions regarding the role or company. Several days after my last interview, references were requested. Shortly after that, I received a call with good news and a formal offer letter.

The interview process took exactly one month from when I was first contacted to when I received my offer. I had one phone interview and then four subsequent Zoom interviews. I was constantly kept in the loop about the process and the next steps. Everyone I met with was genuinely interested in myself and my background as an educator.
