J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cure.Fit (Bengaluru) en juill. 2019

Got approached through a recruiter. First round was telephonic and technical. Problems on javascript/typescript. After 10 days was at their office. Highly unprofessional Recruitment team. There was a hiring drive and was scheduled for 11AM. All had to wait till 1PM to get started. Reason couldn't be more stupid, they weren't expecting candidates to turn up, hence panel isn't available. However interview round was great. Interviewer was quite knowledgable and experienced person. Not an easy interview. Hands on coding. Questions tested you in and out.

Very immature in term of processes and handling candidates. All total had 4 rounds of discussion 2 on call and 2 face to face.
1 round - i think it was initial telephonic screening.
2 round- interactive coding round to write a debounce funtion etc etc
3. f2f - this guy was decent and asked proper Frontend related question like how to design analytic for single page app etc.
4. This was something unexpected, this guy may be nothing to do with UI, came for the interview just to satisfy his ego it seems. Asked very irrelevant and stupid questions and probably the reason i turned off thinking I should not be working with this guy, pathetic.
Overall office atmosphere was looking good and cool, it was a apartment setup.
My sincere advices to HR to be little polite with candidates and if you calling a senior candidate you must have a proper panel. All the best for you search.
