My interview was in the London office with a Director and the Chairman of the Partnership. Turned into a quite a long conversation (almost 2 hours) going in details of my previous job, responsibilities and skills and discussing in detail the requirements of the role I was interviewed for. Very friendly and laid back atmoshpere. The day after the interview, I was called to come back to the office to meet and speak to more of the team (an Associate and Senior Associate) and discuss more details of the role requirements. It was a very positive and again friendly follow up interview, finalized with handing in the draft offer.
