I told them about my previous management experience, and what I thought I could bring to them. They described the job, and we both felt it was a good match. After the first interview, they called back and scheduled a second. I was offered the job during the second interview.

Very straightforward to what the management team expects from you. Questions are more related to personality and interpersonal skills to determine whether you're a good fit for the position in their restaurant.
Went great, very smooth and well put together. Great atmosphere and nice people. The asked more than the usual question and personalize the interview more than other places I've been to before.

A few questions, availability, transportation, when can you start, holiday hours, school, last job history, hourly pay, bonuses, wages, lunch breaks, promotions, lay offs, schedule, time off, rewards, goals, achievements, future in the company.
