It was a 4 hour process where more than 2 hours were spent on waiting. I don’t mind waiting, but waiting for a company that’s willing to pay me 10K less than what I previously earnt (which they already knew) that’s just waste of time. I was apprehensive about attending the interview after I read the review for this company. Turns out that the review is pretty accurate.

They wanted me to write a lot of articles and there was a grammar test. This written test was for 3 hours. They made me wait for more than 2 hours for a face-to-face interview. They claimed that it was a monotonous job and that the job will be about writing multiple articles about the same make and model of printers. The pay (with incentives) that they offered was significantly less than what I was already earning. It's also non-negotiable.
