I wanted to back up a couple of the previous interview reviews on here. While the interviews and the people I spoke with seemed lovely, I feel it’s important to address the lack of professionalism in how Cubaka handles rejections. Unfortunately, after the interview process, which included a task, I was ghosted, which was disappointing and left a negative impression. Despite the positive interactions during the interview itself, the way they treat applicants behind the scenes speaks volumes. For that reason, I would NOT recommend working with them. I have been telling this experience with Cubaka to colleagues and industry friends as I believe it's important to educate on companies that don't treat their applicants with respect for their time and energy, and hopefully the more we speak out about it, the more companies will be encouraged to act better. Unfortunately Cubaka is one of those companies. Come on guys, it's not hard to send a "Thank you for your application, but we've decided to not progress" email...

Lovely until the point they asked me to come to London costing me about 100£ train. And then being ghosted after the christmas break was the highlight. Oh and the job i was applying for reposted
