There were group assessment with a group task, written assessment to know your personality and individual interview. All conducted on the same day and it was somehow intense. They had clearly introduced the whole graduate programme and it was informative.

Entretien
It is the online interview，and and the interview process will primarily be conducted in Chinese. I think this approach is quite favorable for students who have just graduated.Despite not being successful in the end.
First, CV screening.
Second, written test(English).
Third, group interview (in a group of 14-18 students).
Fourth, indiviual interview (English)(with HR and also department head)(around 20-25mins)
You can finish the written test, group interview and also individual interview within a day, which is quite effective.
After all the processes, they will let you know if you are hired or not by phone call within a month.
