My interview process with Crunchyroll was one of the most pleasant recruiting experiences I’ve ever had. The recruiter I worked with was extremely responsive, informative, and considerate. He made sure to be transparent throughout the entire process and made sure I was consistently updated regarding the next steps and timeline, which helped ease my nerves and kept me sane when I was feeling anxious about hearing back. While I did not receive an offer this time around, I really appreciated their efforts to reassure me and provide an outstanding experience. The HR team here is stellar, and I would recommend anybody who is truly a fan of anime to seek employment here if you are looking.
