Single interview with HR. Team sought me out through my LinkedIn profile. Followed up with recruiting team. Received a basic response and then nothing for weeks. Is it that hard to close the loop with candidates?

Entretien
World class from the time I was contacted by a recruiter to the time I received an offer. I had the opportunity to meet with key people in HR and throughout the department. The good mix of BBI and SBI questions/statements provided an opportunity for C&F to learn more about my skills, competencies, and interests. I was also given the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the role, including its responsibilities and impact, and the amazing C&F culture.
