Shortly after submitting my application, the recruiter contacted me to arrange a phone interview. Subsequently, she scheduled a 'final' case study interview just a few days after the initial interview. Although I had reservations, I decided to proceed. The 'case study' experience left me feeling like I was being used as an experiment. The hiring managers seemed awkward and disinterested. In retrospect, I should have trusted my instincts and not invested time in creating a case study. It turned out to be a complete waste of time. Despite reaching out for an update via email, I have received no response.
