Brief initial screen by Human Resources, followed by a series of interviews with leadership. Approximately 8 interviews in total, which is a lot, but there was great communication by the in-house recruiter all along the way.

The process does not take so long. it was with the director and he asked some questions related to internal audit & GRC. I got the offer within one week from the interview

About my experience and the internal audit processs
The first round of interview is very friendly. The HR person is nice and welcoming. And based on the conversation, seems to be a nice team to work in. Waiting to see what next steps are.
