J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez CrowdStrike (Palo Alto, CA)

      Entretien

The interview process is atrocious to say the least. I reviewed the companies interview reviews here on Glassdoor and still remained optimistic. However, after 7 interviews and 4 months later, I am here to advise that you save yourself the trouble. Believe what you read. There will be huge gaps between interviews, no follow up/contact between interviews and then when the interview is finally scheduled, you will have to reach out to the recruiter several times to be given the correct login information. After about two months, the excitement for the role had warn off, but I still tried to be understanding. Thankfully I was still employed so the need to get working wasn't pressing. However, there was little to no respect of my time. By month three, I was given no other choice but to begin to question the companies vision and culture. By the end of my final interview, which was the SEVENTH interview, I had zero interest left in the role. Based on what I had read and experienced about the company in no way would I subject myself to giving my time to a company that knowingly prolongs a hiring process when having a job is a necessity. Not to mentioned I asked why the role I was applying for was open and was told that an employee left and didn't return. This was a major red flag. On my first and second interview I didn't see any bad signs but by the seventh interview red flags were waving in alignment. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE PASS ANY JOB OPENING YOU SEE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF A JOB SOON. I had been sending follow up messages and "Thank you" emails after all my interviews. Once I had met with the director, I did not send anymore messages because I did not want the role even if it was offered. I have never felt like this after an interview.
