I interviewed for this position for roughly 2 months. The flow was the standard process where you talk with the HR recruiter, talk with the hiring manager, talk with a peer and give a tech demo. Made it through all of the interview process to essentially be ghosted at the end. While I received an offer from a different company, I was very interested in joining the team. All feedback i had was generally positive. Tech demo was simulating a real world scenario in security. At the end of it all, was pretty irritatied to go so far in the process to end up with no real closure. I was pretty transparient about what I knew in Security. As well, I was asked to just wait for another candidate to do the demo portion of the interview. This was a three week wait from when I performed my last interview. Again, never heard anything after I was told this.

I was contacted by a recruiter, then got into a cycle of remote presentation with hiring manager, sales. After I passed all interviews I was ghosted even after I sent an email for updates, extremely unprofessional and careless.
