I interviewed for this position for roughly 2 months.
The flow was the standard process where you talk with the HR recruiter, talk with the hiring manager, talk with a peer and give a tech demo.
Made it through all of the interview process to essentially be ghosted at the end. While I received an offer from a different company, I was very interested in joining the team. All feedback i had was generally positive. Tech demo was simulating a real world scenario in security.
At the end of it all, was pretty irritatied to go so far in the process to end up with no real closure. I was pretty transparient about what I knew in Security. As well, I was asked to just wait for another candidate to do the demo portion of the interview. This was a three week wait from when I performed my last interview. Again, never heard anything after I was told this.

I was contacted by a recruiter, then got into a cycle of remote presentation with hiring manager, sales.
After I passed all interviews I was ghosted even after I sent an email for updates, extremely unprofessional and careless.

They specifically asked me questions on my current job as it directly relates to the position they were opening (not EDR) so they were more interested in how we do what we do in my current company..I felt they were more curious to how we do our company function more than they're interested in actually hiring someone.
