It was four stage process..The Human Resource, the chief financial officer (CFO), the CTO and the CEO...There was no assessment stage, just a normal interview process over a couple of days(less than a year). I had just spent almost a year at my starting Job. I was asked about to talk about myself, my current skills (as at then), current workplace and spoke about some accounting concept. I didn't get the Job, but i learnt alot from the process.
