The interview process involved an over-the-phone interview, as well as an in-person interview with several members of Senior Leadership. It was a smooth process, with good questions and was notified quickly afterwards that was I was hired.

The interview process was a unique in my situation and is probably not a typical interview process. I began the process by being interviewed by outside contractors that supported marketing efforts before coming onsite to tour the hospital and facilities for an in-person interview.
