Ridiculous interview process, I applied for the same position in a REAL reputable company ( Oracle) and did not need the series of ridiculous and lenghty assessments and I got the job after 3 GOOD interviews . I heard Crossover despite paying weell monitors employees like slaves, even penalizes for going for a coffee... thanks God I did decide not to continue the interview process and a ridiculuous employer.
