They have you do a group of tests before you get to the first interview. These include english tests, logic/maths tests and a few other things. It seems that failing each one of these gets you a one-ticket out of the application process without redos or even proper feedback.
I happened to be rejected in the 50-questions test of how I assess my personality. While I'll totally understand straight up denying someone for lack of technical knowledge, denying someone out of their own self perception is a very ambiguous, if not subjective area that might not immediately tell you that someone won't do well at the job. Something like this should at least just be kept as a note and allow people to continue the application process so they may prove themselves.
