A complete waste of time! I have been through many interviews, but I have never experienced anything like this. They make you take a 50 question aptitude test in under 15 min. The test itself is completely gamed and asks trick questions. I do not see how this proves ones ability to perform their job. I have been a network engineer for over 5 years and have troubleshot, configured, designed and implemented complex networks. A gimmicky aptitude test cannot disprove my ability to engineer and support enterprise networks. HR should maybe get off their collective butts and rethink their hiring strategy.... What a joke

Rigorous. Numerous stages. You have to get a certain score for the very first one before going to the next stage, where things might get easier or more difficult. My tip for the very first one is do not spend too much time on any question in the first. In fact, do it with a timer.
