Entretien
First of all, I have passed a little test (quiz) on the HackerRank.
Then they give me a test project to do it within 3 days. The test project was not that difficult at all (for me), I've spent a bit more than two days (full-time).
After a while, I received a confirmation that I've passed this step and ready for the technical interview.
Technical interview wasn't hard, but questions were kinda typical/common. I've passed this step too and was ready for the marketplace (job offers?).
...
And that's all. I've been waiting for the offers nearly 3 months and still have nothing.

Step 2: English Assessment - As a Global Company, all job roles include a 10 minute audio assessment to ensure the correct standard of English we are recruiting for. If not, then it will save you a lot of time.
Step 3: Skills Assessment - This is the first part of the hiring process that is role-specific and assesses your content knowledge. This stage takes approximately 20 mins.
Step 4: Real Work Step - Similar to Step 3, this is focussed on role-specific knowledge. The questions are based on real work scenarios and are your chance to be creative and go into detail. This stage can take several hours and you should plan your time accordingly.
