The interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire.

Entretien
1. Criteria cognitive aptitude test
a 15-minute online test that includes 50 questions covering numerical, logical, verbal, and spatial reasoning
2. Spoken English Proficiency test
Assess the verbal level of English using A.I. Asks candidates to repeat sentences or phrases that they've just heard, in increasing order of length and difficulty
3. Real project assessment
Complete a real-world project and an introductory video to explain how a code review would be done on the work
4. 2 round interviews (1 technical & 1 with hiring manager)
5. Job Offer
Be careful if you are thinking about resigning from your current job. If you resigned and fail the next step (proctored test), you end up with nothing.
6. Proctored CCAT
A repeat of the first CCAT. You will be watched as you do the test. Only pen and paper are allowed. Be prepared for this. You will need to score 35 / 50 to pass. 15 seconds per question on average. There are plenty of resources online.
